At Fresh Tilled Soil, I worked as a team member on a website redesign for an enterprise lighting software solution company. Along with redesigning the website's information architecture, my team was responsible for designing a brand new look and feel for the site.
As part of the redesign process, I put together several style tiles to present to the client, with the goal of selecting an expanded color palette, introducing a new texture, and showcasing typography & iconography treatments.
Creating style tiles is one of my favorite ways to present a new design language to a client.
In my spare time, I enjoy freelancing as a brand strategist and designer. Creating a visual identity and watching a brand come to life is such a rewarding experience for me. Below is a collection of logos designed for a variety of companies and personal projects.
LuxeBeautique is a high end spa located on the North Shore of Massachusetts. Owner Amy Brackman approached me with the goal of creating a beautiful, easy-to-use website for her clients. More importantly, Amy needed a CMS system that both her and her employees could manage on their own.
I decided to utilize SquareSpace - a content management system that is not only very easy for non-designers to manage, but is great for featuring high resolution photography and visual elements (perfect for a spa!)
Custom code allowed me to add a pop-up newsletter signup, accordion drop downs and other custom functionality.
